1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • In the rare event of delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Times

Since shipping times can vary depending on your location, please see the estimated delivery windows below:

  • UK & Europe: 1-3 business days

  • North America: 1-3 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 3-5 business days

  • Rest of the World: 3-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processes, postal delays, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We cover shipping costs worldwide, but please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Wave Rebels.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at tkernows@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to update your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
