Drop That Tee – 14-Day Refund Policy

At Drop That Tee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., swimwear, earrings, or custom items). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please email us first to confirm stock availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at tkernows@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package your item securely and send it back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
