At Drop That Tee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., swimwear, earrings, or custom items). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us first to confirm stock availability.

Exchanges are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at tkernows@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
